It is extremely important that you measure your pet prior to purchase and select your size based on the size chart on the product's page before placing an order, each item is made just for you once your order has been placed.

Please email our Customer Service regarding any concerns or questions with your order. We want you to enjoy your purchase as much as we did making it, and would appreciate the opportunity to correct any problems or mistakes prior to you leaving feedback for the item you purchased. All items under the Bark N Boujee brand are made to order and nonrefundable non-refundable and may not be returned for a refund or credit unless you've received a defective item or there was a mistake on our end.

There may or may not be a very small window of time to cancel Bark N Boujee orders after you have placed your order without consequence. However, if you ask us to cancel your special order after we have already started to make your items, there will be a 50% cancellation fee to cover our costs. To be clear, that means you'll only be refunded HALF of the price of your merchandise. Please help us avoid this by being sure of your items before you order and contact us with any product questions.

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. The Bark N Boujee brand is made to order We CANNOT issue returns, refunds or credit.

All returns requests must be received within 5 days of the date you received your order.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition. All returns must have a tracking number and you must email the tracking number to us.
